We reached out to Michelle on very short notice that we would be coming to town in a couple of days and needed some homes to look at. The following morning, she had a list of homes for us to look over. Once finding a home, Michelle had recommendations for a home inspector and set up an appointment; she made sure due diligence was completed for us, and numerous other things we could not do because we do not live in the area. If you had questions about something, Michelle found the answer for you. It could have been regarding the roof, garage doors, tile, etc. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Michelle was always available by phone, text, or email. I highly recommend Michelle, and I will use her again in the future if needed!
Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I always felt in very capable hands and that I did not have to do everything myself, as in previous seller situations. My house sold very quickly, and although it was very hard to leave it due to the artwork that my husband had painted on the walls, Michelle had a very special, heartwarming surprise for me. She made a smaller picture of the two dancers he had painted before he passed away and gave it to me, as she knew that that was the hardest thing for me to leave. I highly recommend her because, in addition to anything else, she truly represents you and your needs.
